Here are a few of my at home ab routines. Get yourself a medicine ball it's very versatile. I use it in many of my work outs. Head over to Marshall's/TJMax and you wont break the bank buying one. Mine is an 8lb ball, but you get what you are most comfortable with. I also love to include my weighted vest (found mine at Aldi), as well as a work out ball. Again all the equipment I use for my at home workouts are used continually in different ways for different work outs.
